  1. You had a good and brief introduction into the IOC. You had an excellent general understanding of the passage, and themes were brought up well. However many significant lines were not analyzed at the end of the passage. Great job overall.

    All in all, your IOC was well structured and organized, and you clearly mentioned that you were going to be analysing this passage sequentially.

    The language is mostly clear with a high degree of accuracy regarding grammar and sentence construction although there where times when you stuttered a bit and lost track.

    You show good awareness of the use of literary features and demonstrated their effects on the reader,

    The thing i felt like you did the best on was your demonstration of very good knowledge and understanding of the text itself as well as Alice Munro's writing style, what made it even better is how you compared the two and explained how Alice Munro successfully got the central concept of the short story across to the readers
